By submitting a proposal, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Submission Requirements: All proposals must be submitted by the established deadline. Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.
- Accuracy of Information: Applicants certify that all information, qualifications, pricing, and supporting documents submitted are accurate and complete.
- Licensing and Insurance: The selected vendor must maintain all required food service licenses, permits, insurance, and applicable health and safety certifications.
- Contract Compliance: The selected vendor must comply with all requirements outlined in the Restaurant RFP, final agreement, and Sumter Fair Association policies.
- Selection Process: The Sumter Fair Association reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, request additional information, conduct interviews, and negotiate terms. Selection will not be based solely on the highest financial offer.
- Submission Costs: Applicants are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting their proposals.
- No Guarantee of Award: Submission of a proposal does not guarantee selection or establish a contractual relationship with the Sumter Fair Association.
