By submitting a proposal, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Proposal Deadline: All proposals must be submitted by November 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.
- Accuracy of Information: Applicants certify that all information, qualifications, pricing, and supporting documents submitted are accurate and complete.
- Contract Requirements: The selected photographer must comply with the Sumter Fair Association's 2027 Photography Agreement, including insurance, photography services, and delivery deadlines.
- Selection Process: The Sumter Fair Association reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, request additional information, conduct interviews, and negotiate terms. The lowest-priced proposal is not guaranteed selection.
- Submission Costs: Applicants are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting their proposals.
- No Guarantee of Award: Submission of a proposal does not guarantee selection or establish a contractual relationship with the Sumter Fair Association.
